What do I need to start the Live Streaming process?

Every site is different, and so is every live stream event. Provided the solution is suitable what you’ll need is is a i) video stream(s) ii) a player that allows you to stream to a custom RTMP designation (e.g. Vimeo or Zoom) or an encoder. iii) to kickstart a plan with Chinafy (see question below).

How can I get started with Chinafy Live?

How long does it take to set-up Chinafy Live?

As fast as 24 hours, depending on your set-up.

For non-Chinafy users: Most streams exist on a website, that it itself will require optimisation. Our standard optimisation process for websites is 1.5 weeks. Accelerated set-up options are available.

For existing Chinafy users: If you have already gone through the Chinafy set-up process, reach out to your account manager to evaluate and add the live stream add-on to your plan. Streams can be set-up as soon as 48 hour notice. Accelerated options are once again available.

I use Vimeo or Zoom to manage my VOD and live streams. Can I still use Chinafy?

Yes! We have worked with companies that use those platforms. Please reach out to learn more.

What if I need regulatory approvals and onshore hosting for the nature of my site?
