Search our Knowledge Center

Go to our helpdesk, and input some keywords from your enquiry into the Search field to find relevant articles. You can submit a request if you find that your questions are not answered or contact your account manager.

View Billing

You can view billing directly in your Chinafy dashboard under Accounts & Billing. If you cannot find the relevant materials it may mean that you do not have the appropriate permissions in which case, please kindly contact your system administrator.

View Invoices

Invoices and receipts are sent directly to the account owner’s email, or the set billing point of contact. Please kindly check your promotions folder if you are the account owner and unable to find any receipts related to your Chinafy subscription or contact your account manager.
