    Who does Chinafy normally partner with?

    Chinafy typically parters - 
    • CDN providers like AWS, Alibaba Cloud, and Microsoft Azure, whose services compliment Chinafy offers. More on Chinafy vs. CDN
    • Web design & development agencies who build websites or web applications
    • Consultants 

    How and  when do I get paid?

    Any commission or referral fees are paid once your customer has subscribed to a full plan on Chinafy. Below is summary of the various Benefits Structures Chinafy has in place with its partners. Please note that any signed agreement supercedes this summary.

    What is the difference between a referral partner and a solutions partner?

    Referral Partners: Simply connect us with your client or contact, and we'll take it from there!

    Solution Partners:  Chinafy is an active part of your agency's offering, where you (over time!) essentially become an extended part of our team. We tend to find this leads to the happiest customers because they can continue to lean on you for all things related to their project - be it around Chinafy or otherwise. You can at the same time, consider us an extended remote part of your team.

    One doesn't quite become a solution partner and expert on Chinafy overnight and we don't expect you to! Becoming a solutions partner is an ongoing process, and our partners team will be with you every step of the way. 

    Chinafy provides the technical muscle behind both arrangements. 

    What are the pre-requisites or ongoing qualifications for Chinafy Solutions Partners?

    Referral Partners:
    • You have experience working with websites, Chinafy, CDNs or other cross-border businesses
    • You run an active website or digital platform
    • You create original content

    Solution Partners:
    • Your company has the technical expertise and commerce knowledge necessary to understand, communicate cross-border and or web performance expertise
    • Your company has proven experience working with high growth enterprise companies
    • Your company is considered in the public market to be a thought leader in cross-border and or web performance
    • Your company can provide end-to-end services and has the bandwidth to support multiple complex solutions
    • Your company has a proven track record of success and portfolio of clientele

    We expect all of our partners to maintain professionalism as representatives and partners of Chinafy. 

    In all of Chinafy’s marketing activities, Partner must comply with all applicable laws. Chinafy Partners must not make any false or misleading statements about Chinafy or represent anything that could cause harm to the credibility of Chinafy. Partner cannot engage in any illegal or aggressive marketing techniques on behalf of Chinafy. 

    How do I become a Chinafy partner?

    By fulfilling the respective pre-requisites for our Referral or Solutions Partner program. 
    Each application is reviewed by our team. 

    What are some best practices when/if we're building a site from scratch for clients to use Chinafy?
